This year 2023 I set an intention to do at least two yoga retreats. Having done the Nepal Yoga Retreat earlier this year, I am convinced more than ever before on the importance of such adventures.
It is important to get away from the regular conditions of our life and step out in a new place amongst new people to do new things. Yes we will be practising Iyengar Yoga and spending time in nature in the wonderful land of Zanzibar!!
Announcing the 2nd Yoga Retreat of 2023, in Zanzibar September 28th – 1st October, 2023.
We fly to Zanzibar early morning on the 28th of September, to land early, to start our adventure! The Hotel is located on one of the most beautiful coral beaches in the world. Offering a year-round outdoor pool, and spa centre. The rooms are comfortable with standard or ocean view options to choose from.
Spending a few days away from your regular routine, in nature practising Iyengar Yoga and meditation is a great way to reset and recharge. Being around a group of people who also share the same love of yoga means you make new friends. In addition swimming with dolphins and snorkeling, nature & culture tour to Jozani Forest and Stone town along with a visit to the Turtle Farm. All making the few days of getaway well worth the experience.
The retreat includes:
