Why did you start practicing yoga?
I started yoga because I used to have regular back pain. Family members insisted that Yoga would help and I should try it.

What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
Personal in-person sessions.

How has yoga benefited you?
I have had tremendous benefit from regular practice of Yoga. Firstly, my back pain is gone and my posture has improved. My energy levels are much better.

Why do particular reason you like practising with me?
I have always felt positive and motivated while practising yoga with you.
