Why did you start practicing yoga?
I started practising yoga primarily as me and my wife had entered our 60’s. I wanted to add yoga to my daily practice to be healthier and for my wife to be more flexible and self aware to overcome some physical challenges that may come with age.

What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.

How has yoga benefited you?
We are glad firstly that Yoga has become a part of our lifestyle. From us in the 60s to our children in mid 30s , it is a common link that connects us all. When you do something together as a family it connects you deeper. Physically it has made us fitter. It has helped lose weight. It has corrected our posture. It has made us more energetic in life and has improved our mental well being and has reduced stress in life.

Why do particular reason you like practising with me
You command from us the respect of a guru and a teacher. That respect comes from your honest devotion to the practice of yoga. Not only do you teach but you are also a student of this vast ocean of wisdom that lies in yoga. Thus your yoga class is not a set of standard poses , but customized to everyone’s physique and their own journey of self awareness and one’s own physique and wellbeing . You guide us every day to be more self aware physically and mentally and thus we cherish practising yoga with you.
