Why did you start practicing yoga?
I started yoga around six years ago in Thailand. My daughters and I were at a Pilates retreat, where they also had yoga. We decided to give it a go out of curiosity. We were hooked from that first class and haven’t looked back!

What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
I used to go to studio classes but during Covid I started group and personal zoom classes. They work really well for me, especially when travelling. I do miss the group classes and will look to attending a studio again for one of my classes.

How has yoga benefited you?

Yoga keeps me supple and imbues a great sense of wellbeing. I also have had back issues for many years, an operation, various procedures and countless trips to chiropractors. However now, I find my classes, specially structured by Aparajita, can invariably sort out recurring problems. It’s a miracle!

Why do particular reason you like practising with Aparajita?

I practice with Aparajita as she is quite simply unique! Her instruction is clear and easy to follow, she is dedicated and extremely caring. I feel we have a chemistry and I know others find the same. We are so lucky to have her.
